To begin populating the Autograph Media library with Messages, we need to first click on the “Add New
Media” button. See Fig.01
Once clicked, you will be asked what sort of Media item you wish to upload. See Fig.02
Select “Message”, and the screen will change asking you to select a Template to use to create the Message. See Fig.03
A Template defines what elements on a page can be edited by an Autograph user.
For instance, in a template you may have access to change the content in a field of text, but not the font or color.
The same can be said for an image inside a template, you may change the picture used but not its position on the page or its aspect ratio.
Once you have clicked on the Template to use, you now have access to enter your content to create a new
Message. See Fig.04
