If your screen is displaying "No Signal", please follow the below:
- Confirm all cables are connected securely to the screen.
- Check that receivers (if applicable) have two lights showing. One green and one Yellow.
- Check the input is correct on the screen, you can do this via the buttons on the screen or with the screen remote.
If you are still receiving a "No Signal" error after following the above please try the steps below, this may require assistance of local IT:
- Confirm all cables are connected securely to the PC and that the PC is on.
- Check that the transmitter is showing both sets of lights as per the receiver.
Should you still have a "No Signal" error displaying, please contact Local IT first (unless already involved).
