The Media item will now be dropped into your new Playlist. See Fig.06
You can click on “Add New Media” to populate your Playlist with further Media until it is complete with all the items you wish to play back.See Fig.07
You will notice that when adding images to a Playlist, you are asked for how many seconds you wish for this image to playback for. This is because an image does not have any native timing. A Message playback time is defined in its template on how many seconds it should display for, the same can be said for a video which plays for the duration of the movie.
An image does not have this same native timing and therefore we need to stipulate how long the image is displayed for on the screens.
To do this quite simply select how many seconds you wish each image to display for in the Playlist.See Fig.08
The order which the items play back is directly in relation to the order as they appear in the Playlist, starting from left to right.
This order can be changed at any time by clicking on Media item and dragging it to its desired position. See Fig.09
A Playlist can be deleted at any time in the Media library by clicking on the X at the top right hand corner of the Playlist thumbnail. You will be prompted to confirm deletion. To edit a Playlist simply either click on the thumbnail, or hover the mouse over the Playlist and click on the pencil icon.
