To begin populating the Autograph Media library with videos, we need to first click on the “Add New Media”
button. See Fig.01
Once clicked, you will be asked what sort of Media item you wish to upload. See Fig.02
Select “Video” and the screen will change asking you for a Name for the video and also where it is located.
Click on “upload video file” to browse your local computer for the desired video to use. See Fig.03
Once you have selected your file to use you will be given a preview of the video, at this point you will want to rename your video to a unique name.
By default the video is identified by the original filename. See Fig.04
At this point you will also be able to select a different frame from within the video to use as the thumbnail
when viewed in the Media library.
Select how many seconds in the thumbnail should be generated from, and then when you click on save the
thumbnail will be regenerated in the library. See Fig.05
At any time in the Media library you can move the mouse over a Media item and click on the X at the top right hand corner to delete it. You will be prompted to confirm deletion.
To edit a Video simply either click on the items thumbnail, or hover the mouse over the Media item and click on the pencil icon.
